Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Chuda (Flattened the rice)
  • 4 Tbsp Mustard Oil Butter that is clarified (Ghee)
  • 2 TBSP Chopped Onion
  • 2 Pieces of Green Chilis
  • 1 cup Makhana (Lotus Seeds)
  • 3 tbsp Peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri Lal Mirch Powder

Instructions

  • Put oil in a wok and let it heat up.
  • In the wok, add peanuts and fry them until they will become golden brown. Set away.
  • The same pan, fry lotus seeds, and allow them to become crisp. Once they're done, take it out of the oil and set it in a bowl to cool.
  • Then, in the wok, add green chilies.
  • Put the onion pieces into the wok and cook until they turn translucent.
  • Place the flattened rice into the pan.
  • Stir fry them until the crispy rice will form.
  • Sprinkle fried peanuts on top and lotsus seeds.
  • Stir the two together and fry.
  • Incorporate turmeric and kashmiri mirch powder.
  • Add salt, and mix it thoroughly.
  • Chuda fries are ready to serve.
